Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

To ensure the quality and commitment to our chemical services (e.g., hair coloring, perms, relaxers, keratin treatments, etc.), we require a deposit for all appointments. This helps us secure the time and resources needed for your personalized treatment.

1. Deposit Amount:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service price is required to secure your appointment.

• The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service.

2. Payment of Deposit:

• Deposits must be made at the time of booking via [online payment, phone, in-person] to confirm your appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance, your deposit can be refunded or applied to a future appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Late Arrivals:

• Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling. If the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will remain non-refundable.

Exceptions:

• In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions can be discussed at management’s discretion.
